Yesterday we left the New River Gorge in WV, and headed north to Morganstown, WV. From there we went east though Maryland. This took us up across the Eastern Continental Divide. I didn't even know there was an Eastern Continental Divide. It was a very hilly day, and the second day on this trip where I wish we had a diesel engine to pull us through. Our truck is no light weight machine, but it struggled yesterday. The winds coming down out of each pass were brutal.

We made it though. Unfortunately, the only sites with line of sight to the sky for our internet, are right next to the highway. Plus, our flaky leveling jack picked this stop to act up. It took us about an hour and half to get setup. I was pretty tired. So much for an easy Sunday.

We will be here for 2 weeks, and we have great friends to see here. Plus, I always love Gettysburg. It is such a noble and tragic place. It's important to remember our inhumanity to towards one another.
