Joe: Today is the last work day in VA. Last night they issued a no burn notice for the campground as they have been in a drought. Marji and I were concerned about having a fire anyway, so the couple of nights we wanted one we used the propane fire pit. It does the trick, and greatly reduces the chance of sending incendiary sparks into the night.

On Wednesday evening we went out in search of a local beer. We found a local brewery with a Russian Imperial stout on tap, and being fall I was really excited to try it. Then we picked up takeout at a little Mexican food truck up the street. Oh my! Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Three generations of women run this truck, and the food 5 star good. This food was fine dining without all the ceremony.

Tonight we pack up in preparation for an early morning departure. It's suppose to rain all day, so it's always fun to pack up in the rain. We didn't really unpack much, so not a hardship for sure.
